Contact us through our website, email, or phone to set up a consultation. During this consultation, we will work with you to understand your specific needs and recommend the products and customization techniques that will best meet those needs. We will discuss the materials you want to customize, the design you have in mind, and any other requirements or specifications you may have.

Once we have a clear understanding of your customization needs, we will work with you to select the appropriate materials for your project. We offer customization on glass, wood, acrylic, fabric, metal, and stone. Each material has its own unmique characteristics and customization techniques. Our consultants will guide you through the material selection process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

We offer a wide range of customization techniques, including sand carving, laser engraving, sublimation, screen print transfers, uv/dtf transfers and vinyl. Our consultants will recommend the appropriate customization technique based on your material selection and design requirements. We will then work with you to finalize the design.

Once the design is finalized, our consultants will provide you with a detailed quote. Once the quote is approved, a 50% deposit will be required to begin production.

Our production team will use the selected customization techniques to create your customized products. We take great care to ensure that every product meets our high standards of quality. Once the products are completed, they can be picked up at the storefront or shipped to a desired location.

Once an order is placed we will create a password-protected page for your company. This page will show all previous items ordered, making it easy to reorder the same products with minimal effort. If you need to reorder the same custom products, you can easily login to your page and select the products you need.
